If you're not entirely pleased with your buy, please return any unworn items, inclusive of all original accessories, in their original packaging, ensuring they are in a new and resalable state within 14 days from the package's postmarked date. However, please be informed we won't be able to reimburse any original or return shipping costs. 

A: To start the return process, drop us an email at info@2ETC.net. We typically reply within a day, providing you with a return code and our return address. Bear in mind, we cannot process returns lacking the provided return code.

A: Once your return reaches our facility, we aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days, barring weekends and holidays. Do note, however, that during the Halloween rush, it might take up to a month. Keep your return tracking handy for reference.
